					<description><![CDATA[Yes. I agree that intelligence as a property of an entity, system, unit is not yet measured and also not defined. The current definitions assess the outcome of intelligence such as cognition, planning, etc and thus, in my opinion, it measures the capability, property of intelligence and miss out on the need to define intelligence. 
Just as matter and energy are the fundamental blocks of the system and follow almost same laws such as creation, conversion, motion, I believe intelligence is also one of the three blocks of the system and it follows the same universal laws. 
With this hypothesis, definition and measurement of intelligence could be explored.]]></description>
