My friends in the industry tell me that the biggest challenge designers currently face is the challenge of weather,ie. snow, heavy rain, etc. another obvious challenge is drivers in non-autonomous vehicles. What are your thoughts as to how long it will take to overcome these and other challenges to autonomous vehicle tech?

I have always admired you. I wish I could be more proactive, but life sometimes does not allow us to do what we want to do, it only allows to do what we can do.
