People who gamble that his automotive technology will deliver them safely to their destination have died in his vehicles. It has recently been demonstrated how easily his self driving vehicles can be tricked into crashing.
Only a fool would trust their life to Musk on a trip to Mars. Survival in such a harsh environment would require tremendous, foolproof and redundant life support systems. I would not trust my safety to a man with his reputation for risk taking and crossing boundaries. Musk’s Martian excursion is bound to turn into a horror show of science fiction proportions.
