					<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s funny how many times topics I&#039;m already thinking about, only to have an email that you&#039;ve posted another well-thought-out article about that specific topic. 


For context, the novel I&#039;m working on (Hot Nights and Cold Wars) has a tweet that sets off WW3. I&#039;m writing it with twitter, but I&#039;ve been wondering if I should make a fictional social network to reduce any legal liability despite it being fiction and to hedge that something replaces twitter functionally before long. So talking about cyberwar interacting with social media has loomed large in my thoughts recently.]]></description>
