My name is Neacsu Ion, I am an inventor from Constanta, Romania.
I am 68 years old, I have 7 years of energy school (1969 – 1974, Constanta Romania Industrial Energy High School) and (1987 – 1989 – Energy Master School, Constanta, Romania). I’m retired. For the last 20 years I have worked in the naval industry and in the oil and gas industry, at large companies, in Romania but also abroad, on land and at sea.
I have inventions in the field of using wave energy.
One, called INSTALLATION FOR WAVE ENERGY USE, has been patented by the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks, in Romania, since 2010.
Another invention, called PISTON PUMP WITH AUTOMATIC RETURN, is in the patent procedure at the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks, in Romania, since 2018, published in BOPI Nr. 7/2018, pp. 29, 30, invention section.
With both inventions, real power plants can be built, which can produce from waves, electricity with industrial value, with Installed Power from 0.1 MW to + 1000 MW.
I’m alone. I am not supported by research institutes or government organizations, although I wanted to, I asked. In the plans in Romania, as in other countries, the ENERGY FROM THE WAVES does not officially exist. I have written to many about my inventions. They are not interested. For my inventions I also did craft tests, “at the bathtub” or even at sea = OK.

So: with PISTON PUMPS WITH AUTOMATIC RETURN – my invention – we supply the water necessary for the operation of the WAVE DRIVE HYDROPOWER PLANT – another invention. Because we use the HYDRO POWER PLANT to produce electricity from waves we have a great advantage. THE HYDROELECTRIC POWER PLANT HAS BEEN KNOWN AND USED SUCCESSFULLY FOR OVER 100 YEARS.
Repeat:
1) PUMP (artisanal), we see it in the video pumping water.
2) Hydropower plant, known for + 100 years, safe, efficient.
3) In order to build hydropower plants in the sea, we do not expropriate, we do not demolish localities, we do not move rivers, we do not penetrate mountains.
4) The operation of the hydropower plant in the sea oxygenates the water, which is good for flora and fauna.
CONCLUSION: WE ARE NOT WRONG.
