This is a very interesting and captivating piece of writing on the future of robots and the job world.
However, robots have Short comings since they can’t think on the job critically and solve problems arriving in course of jobs.

Superbly written Sir. I am a career counselor and wonder how to create a road-map for young students to prepare for the future. The education system doesn’t touches on anything close to these. In my professional capacity as counselor & personal capacity as parent I feel the changes shall be sweeping and what if the kids aren’t prepared.

Can you share any ideas on how can we create a learning atmosphere for them to get into this preparation.

I’ve recently been thinking about the changing landscape.

I’m an insurance underwriter and went to college for insurance and risk management.

I see a lot of the work I do in insurance being automated and there being a greatly reduced need for the number of people.

In your opinion what are some skills that should be learned in order to thrive in the future with all the change that’s happening?
